1.    1.       General

Ø  The offer is valid only up to 15 days from the date of the proposal

Ø  The price includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning

Ø  All the components in the system will be supply as per the attached list(brands & Specifications)

1.       Schedule of Work

Ø  All materials will be supplied with in 1-2 weeks from the date of 50 % advance payment.

Ø  All installations will be completed with in 2-3 weeks from the date of material delivery

1.       Work Quality

Ø  All work shall be completed in a quality manner and in compliance with all building and electrical codes , all other applicable laws, and all other applicable utility requirements , including appropriate grid inter connection obligations.

4.           Note: Warranty shall not cover

Ø  The product that is subjected to unauthorized repair or service.

Ø  The product affected by floods, earthquakes, or natural calamities.

Ø  Any physical damage after installation.

1.       Payment details

Ø   Fifty percentage (50 %) of the quotation amount should be paid in advance for placing purchase order.

Ø  Forty percentage (50 %) should be paid after installation.

Ø  Payment mode should be bank transfer or cheque
